He has operated at the most senior levels of executive search and in-house talent leadership across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia Pacific.
Kane's career spans agency-side executive search and internal talent leadership across Technology, Energy, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services — equally experienced in high-growth start-up environments and large, complex multinational organisations.
Prior to his recruitment career, Kane was a professional footballer with Brighton & Hove Albion FC — an experience that instilled deep foundations of resilience, performance under pressure, and uncompromising standards that underpin everything Audbry does.
