Audbry is led by Kane Wills, a recruiter with over fifteen years of experience building commercial and technical teams for complex, high-growth, heavily regulated businesses. He has operated at the most senior levels of executive search and as an in-house talent leader inside the industry itself.

Most recently, Kane built and scaled commercial, engineering and product functions from the ground up at a regulated digital-asset infrastructure business, including hiring directly into its institutional sales team. That work meant headhunting from the exchanges, custodians and infrastructure firms that define this market, and learning, from the inside, exactly what a great institutional seller looks like. He has also placed senior leaders into some of the most demanding environments in technology and financial services around the globe.

Before recruitment, Kane was a professional footballer. It is where the standards came from. Performance under pressure, the discipline to keep going, and an instinct for what separates the good from the exceptional.
